back to reality

yes, i'm back and i miss malaysia... think it's kinda cool to be a malaysian, i mean you get to learn and speak chinese, malay, english (minimally) and a whole lot of other dialects. And i guess the other thing i enjoyed is how different they are from singaporeans. Case in point, i bet if you stopped a car on the side of the road to ask directions from passing cars, no one would stop to help you here, being the busy silly people we are. Makes me wonder what 'civilisation' has done to everyone... i've always wanted to be one of those people who can converse with everyone else, kinda like my dad, and that's what i really admire about him, his ability to make friends and connect wherever he goes! Even though malaysia is his hometown.

Before i forget, i had this really weird dream yesterday...probably due to a guilty conscience :x i dreamt that i was late for A level aurals because i underestimated the time i'd need to get there so i started getting ready late. Then, i packed and repacked stuff over and over again because i couldn't decide what to bring there for last-minute mugging, even though i was going to be late and there probably wouldn't be time anyway...(dreams don't need to make sense) so off i went to the school where it was held, some random all girls' school that i can't remember where it was super noisy -.- gross. anyway on the way there, i met mich, who was supposed to be in the same room as mine but a few slots earlier (i think the dream mentioned they were clearing candidates very fast so even though i was technically on time, i was late) and despite knowing i was late, i still stopped to ask her about the exam and so on and so forth >< so much for priorities... so i reached, barely on time and there was this whole bunch of other people in the room while i was waiting for my turn. I think i was apologising/complaining abit about being late when this male teacher turned and said he had something that would help, turned around and pulled out this pretty poster. of A Levels Important Dates. But it was colourful and pretty so i was very happy and i woke up.

"Human Factors for Pilots" says that "if awakened from REM sleep, people will frequently remember more complex, bizarre and emotionally-coloured dreams." Hence i guess i was woken from Rapid Eye Movement sleep. I shan't start analysing the dream, it would take too long and i need to start work!

KL trip was spent eating and shopping. Since it was a 3 days 2 nights ministay, that meant most of day 1 and day 3 were spent on the road trip. Did i mention i love the feel of a speeding car? I think when i get my license, i'll probably have to go into malaysia so that i can experience going at 160kmph again. After those trips, i'm probably spoilt for speeds like 80-90kmph, which are supposed to be the legal speeds here. They seem too slow already but speed is rather relative. When i got back, i found it weird to be amongst all those S-plated vehicles as compared to J/W/A-vehicle plates. W-plated vehicles are for KL registration. And i kinda missed being surrounded by Protons. The nicest car i saw there was a merc E55 in black with silver trim :D super pretty <333

And since day 3 (xmas) was spent roadtripping, day 2 (xmas eve) felt more like christmas than the actual day itself, especially since we had the xmas eve buffet dinner at the hotel. oysters, sashimi, roast beef galore! felt like a pig after that. looked like one too. lol.

Anyway, i got what can be considered my xmas present! a cool rc chopper :D it's pretty too! military fatigue printed shell, black rotary wings with yellow trim and all~ sweet. and bought a few tops too. NOT ENOUGH TIME TO SHOP! rawr. only one pair of shoes -.- and no jeans.

I've spent too much time here because i got stuck doing work. but back to work! otherwise weird dreams will start to haunt me ><

well, full day groundschool can make you sick of a playlist that keeps repeating. kena dnco-wx today... but what do you expect from monsoon season?

anyway, i'm wondering what makes girls cry so easily and guys can handle worse and not cry! i think it's unfair >< i'd rather get worse and be able to take it!! makes much more sense. okay, don't say that females are hard to understand -.- it does not explain anything...

on a lighter note, off to KL for holiday tmr! hahaa away for xmas during monsoon season when there are floods seems fun. at least i can swim. minimally :P

MERRY CHRISTMASS EVERYONE! <333

i shall just feel thankful for the xmas cards sent. yes i know i'm a lazy pig :x that's why i'm not sending out cards too...nehmind. i love them, and that's enough :)

whee i have ice cream i want to eat at last. Andersen's of Denmark's home tub thingos - Belgian chocolate and Rum and Raisin. Chocolate and Alcohol xP nothing better than that and ice cream! hahaa :D i think ice cream that comes in small packs is better than big packs, unless you have a party and need to feed alot of people, which i don't need to do, so variety+quality over quantity!

thus, the fatty strikes again!! hehe :x
abstinence makes people sad and emo :P
seriously.
been wondering abit lately... i should stop soon. hopefully it ends tonight :"]

this sux... i want to undo the move!! is that even possible? damnn i don't have any use for tags anyway :(

i remember i moved to this blog after the taiwan trip, which is why i created that username :x coz i think one of the ac people liked using the word sneaky and it sorta stucky since i'm a tricky person, so sneaky, tricky, yadda... arhhh i did so like my old username ><> My Year In Review
Go to your calendar and find the first entry for each month of 2006. Post the first line of it in your journal and that's your Year In Review.

April
og bbq!
i love cheese brownies~ i love cheese brownies~ random la i know. too bad :) whee~ im glad i managed to convince my mom to let me go for og bbq, tho i think it's only coz she had the uni talk that day :P *gasps* i just swallowed a prune seed -.- lol... i hope the thing doesnt choke me or starting growing a prune plant inside my body... hehe. but that's probably impossible because of the acid in your stomach that kills stuff :) i'm gg to treat mommy to gelare's ice cream today! cozz saw it in an issue of Seventeen my flying club bud bought yesterday :P and the cookie dough icecream looks scrumptilicious! XD

May
random inspiration
wanted to post his "The Bridge of Fire" after browsing through Sandman: The Wake, but couldn't find it. so here's a small selection of poems by James Elroy Flecker instead:

July
Reflections on the First half of the year

I realised that this year, I've not really looked forward to going home at all relatively! as compared to previous years. Thus, the conclusion that i ought to get rid of this unsavoury trend... home is the best place to be :)

December
untitled
i don't know why i'm blogging because i don't really feel like blogging.

lol. the above probably didn't make much sense. but life doesn't have to make sense, does it? hahaa

ahh... so i ended up copying the first paragraph instead of just the first line :P haha fun review though... hmm i don't really want to blog about the yearbook thing... thought about it though. reminiscing is not my favourite pasttime but sometimes, it's good to do so even though people go haywire doing it :)

day for firsts :)

went for class outing :P not bad la. hahaa quite a few firsts today. i just thought of another one. First time i ate at newyorknewyork. First time i walked into newurbanmale. First time i've eaten a Carl's Junior burger, two in fact, western double and some chicken thingo -.- told my mom one was enough but she bought 2 burgers instead so i just ate one for supper, the last time i was there i just had the cheesy beef fries wdv you call them. First time i've taken my yearbook at last :) well, that can only happen one time. and i'm sure i can think of a few more firsts! haha mebbe later. i can't believe i'd feel so nostalgic looking at the yearbook. felt the heart feel weird :x maybe i'll feel like thinking about it later... ahahaa all about the feel :x

---------class outing details x-posted to class blog--------
Well i'll continue where cg left off! haha after she pangsehed us :P haha i', kidding :) we stoned at nyny (queries and comments to be emailed to manager.nyny@newyorknewyour.com.sg lol) for awhile chatting about horror movie experiences. well, mostly mo and mable, i stoned more... dark waters and the ring and all that not really my cup of tea!

and well actually i was going to suan the turnout but everyone's sick :S must be the weather! so everyone get well soon, me included, then we can pig out :D and of course, go for LAST CLASS OUTING to find out the LAST NAME(shameless plugging. haha^^)

Back to the events of today's totally happening class outing :P oh and Ramona should be an honourary class member if she isn't already one officially, like seriously xD stoning at nyny, next we went to HMV! listened to a couple of songs, checked out albums, mo wondered why metal doesn't have pink cd covers, mable and mo and i found out that evanescence is metal oO, jon looked damn bored, AND i found tyler hilton's album!! But it's damn ex :( Import, what do you expect. for those who don't know, tyler hilton has a cool rough voice and you should know him xD hahaa too bad. anyway after hmv, we strolled around citylink mall looking at cutesy stuff. Citylink mall is kinda pointless, we all kinda agreed, since the shops are mostly branded and super ex, but for window shopping and there is good food there, i guess it's not that bad :) anyway, i forget the name of the shop we went into but it has cute cubic stuff animals, a pretty crystal and glass chessboard and some toilet roll holder thingy in different styles, one of which was a dog where the paper came out of its ass... oO lol. and we walked into newurbanmale, the supposedly gay shop assistants place :x hehh, spent awhile checking out the cool captions on the girl shirts, ranging from bimbo to emo haha "I UNDERSTAND. I just don't care." like whatever~

3 firsts for me today.
1. From Citylink Mall one can go to Marina Square where they have arcade, pool and bowling...fine i never knew that before :x
2. Browsing a secondhand cd shop at marina square
3. Obviously, if there's an arcade we go there. i shall elab on arcade, the last and funnest stop later but well, first time i've tried parapara :x so much for unglam...obviously not my words. well but not bad for a first-timer :D passed a four-star even though i didn't "follow the person on the screen!" it's impossible. well for me at least :P

ARCADE! haha one of my favvest places ever :P walked in and stared at those taiwanese throw-in-the-money-and-try-and-get-the-toy-but-fail-100-out-of-101-times-machines for awhile complaining about how they cheat money. Interesting :P but we are all wiser. i remember i used to throw money into the toot things in vain :S like can spend $10+++ there when got mood...probably still would if i had money to spare :\ haha then bishi bashi-ed coz mo wanted to and i PWNED:P anyone up for a challenge next class outing? hahaa :S i confess that i played it alot last time and the mindset cannot be lost :P Mable left at 5.10pm.
we wanted to daytona but was beat there by a bunch of guys so para-para-ed instead! haha my first time, and not badd :P too bad they don't have ddr there! ohh, benjaja, if you are reading this xD i found that arcade at ecp you talked about! and yeahh it's damn cheap :S too bad i had no time :( i wanted to play the flight sims with f16s and f14s!!! and woahh ddr for 50cts is a bargain la... anyway, no ddr so parapara, i played 2 stages 2* and 4* and cleared, to my surprise... i didn;t know i could do it :P hahaa mo played a stage and jon played 2. so there are 5 stages in all and got C, i put 6S down coz we got high score? i think no one plays =.= haha, can go check it out next time. Thennn we daytonaed! w00t, got 1st place despite getting off to a rough start :S but yeah, one of the few games i never completed all 16 laps. fastest timing though! 16+sec XD not bad for someone who hasn't daytonaed in ages, and cheats by playing auto. we should all try daytonaing manual gear :p next class outing !! :)

well not a bad day. and it's been raining all the way. so much for weather forecasts! Xp

rainy result

i admit, i'm up and on the net bright and early. If there's such a thing as bright grey (not silver), please tell me about it. Was going to go out for vball training but, thanks to the rain, it got cancelled while i was walking to the MRT and not a moment too soon. seriously, never thought an sms would be so welcome at this time of the morning. I guess staying relatively near school is a bonus since i'm not so near to warrant habitual lateness and not near enough that waking up late, getting ready and everything would mean i need to cab to school (which obviously, would have been a wasted trip) and still reach school on time :) Kinda makes staying in such an ulu, out of the way-of-most-stuff-like-ecp place a benefit. Oh, and we can get to malaysia in record time too, if need be. Not bad for an area that's supposed to be forested.

At least now i get time to read (if i ever get down to doing it) and practice piano and watch the finale of oth s2! before going out... haha and i get to wear non-fbts out since there's no training! Weather permitting. In this weather the best outfit to get out in would be shorts, slippers and long sleeves, add a coat/overcoat/overthing and you're all set!

Sidenote: lol the song just played "there's a storm that's waging in your frozen heart tonight", which ignoring the second part is really apt. I love tyler hilton's voice :) it's rough and cool~ "I ain't missing you at all"

Anyway, back to clothes, something i don't normally talk about but prepping for the KL shopping trip is getting me excited! Went people's park shopping that day and saw this coat but the price tag... argh. i should search for online catalogs. Adidas factory outlet! oh whyy didn't yh tell me so i could get her to buy the liverpool jersey for me :'( But i guess the theme for this kinda weather would be "warm". commonsense really. Even though the bottom line of some fashion is "stand out and look good doing it" with a tiny disclaimer "any illnesses caught looking good, i.e. flu from not wearing enough clothes, is part of the process. whoever said beauty was easy?" Alternatively, we can take a look at goths in their black trench coats and hot leather pants (in both senses of the word), which are admittedly cool! <33 align="center">PROLONGED MONSOON HEAVY RAIN WARNING

Persistence of northeast monsoon is expected to affect Singapore with intermittent moderate to heavy rain and occasionally windy conditions until 7pm today (19 Dec 2006).
PUB says flash floods may occur in low-lying areas in the event of heavy rain.
The public is advised to exercise caution and look out for flash floods.

hahaa. well well. but we should be used to rain by now. i'll go out anyway :P and check out the clouds, it's totally covering our tiny island now. you can't even see singapore... haha gosh the rain suddenly stopped pouring and started tricklying oO and so it's pretty quiet except for the music coming through my headphones... and one lonely bird just chirped. wow. but the moment's gone and the rain's starting to gradually build up again. Wonderful yet rather disappointing how the most magical moments are so fleeting but then again, would they be so magical if they lasted too long? Is there even too long? I'm enjoying the peace now. It's pretty. so maybe i should get up earlier for now so that i won't be spoilt for school days and so i can enjoy this time. If i could put a contented smile emoticon, i would. But i don't have one~ and this is the best time of the day to be contemplative. and to enjoy, to appreciate the day and life in general. wonderful, i like 9am in the morning :)

For blue blue skies

Well, monsoon season has finally shown it's face. and it's not such a bright, happy one. Think dark, prone to moodswings and broody. very broody. At least i got to cycle abit at ecp today :) more of talking than cycling but fun. Listening to yihui chatter on and on about her trip filled the entire outing, filled my mind with thoughts about studying overseas, and made the infrequent silences when they came comfortable, welcome and well, calm. But i've missed her and her voice and her talking, etc. so it was good despite the frequent stops, either due weather or physical weakness :x butt's finally started to hurt. ouch, i think i need to cycle more. ohh found the arcade benjaja always tells me about. yes cheap. and it has a flight sim that i wanted to play, with f16c, f14, etc! i played the older one coz i didnt see the newer one. waddanoobiamla. no time coz dad=transport arrived...ah well. was deciding whether to follow yihui to chinatown but glad i didn't. Look at the weather. i like staying home when it rains :) On the season finale for oth s2... i'll finish it tmr at last, and we can close one chapter and move on to the next. and not a moment too soon. school's starting. well, back to work :P

Recurrence

Falling sick is just one of the bad things that can happen during holidays, even though people usually say that this is the one time when you won't compromise work by falling sick. But one of the worst things that can happen is the illness recurring when you have something exciting and fun planned! So both happened to me. Been stuck at home for the entire week, sleeping and resting but apparently that's not enough. Major headache and stomachache struck today, rendering me unfit to go for my 1 star kayaking course -.- which i have been looking forward to accomplishing!

Sore throat that's so bad until fever sets in, sore throat that's so bad that headaches set in, or perhaps it's a lousy throat infection, which seems to be the most common ailment i get and it always ends up in fever, etc. 'Life is never fair' seems to be the phrase of the moment. But as the chinese saying goes 塞翁失马,焉之得福... i hope. Been sleeping the whole day, i guess falling sick is an excuse to get piggy :P except the list of forbidden fruit (snacks in my case) just gets longer and longer. Bye bye chocolate. I'll miss you, beloved evil cause of my demise. rahh. :X

Catching up now that it's done

Random ponderings while watching oth (at last)

You always end up by yourself. But the bottom line is, can you stand alone in the end when there's nothing left?

We can hold out as long as we want. But who ends up hurting the most?

Sometimes lies catch up with you in ways you can't begin to imagine. (well, this is because oth is a Drama) Honesty is the best policy, even though the truth is hard to handle and omissions are just as bad. Maybe white lies help to protect others but they will snowball until the situation becomes unmanageable...

On a lighter note: Tyler Hilton has a great voice and i'm going to look for his album. music shopping~ It's been awhile :)

When the stars go blue

Tyler Hilton and Bethany Joy Lenz

Dancing where the stars go blue
Dancing where the evening fell
Dancing in my wooden shoes
In a wedding gown

Dancing out on seventh street
Dancing through the underground
Dancing little marionette
Are you happy now, yeah

Where do you go when you're lonely
Where do you go when you're blue
Where do you go when you're lonely
I'll follow you
When the stars go blue

Laughing with your pretty mouth
Laughing with your broken eyes
Laughing with your lover's tongue
In a lullaby

Where do you go when you're lonely
Where do you go when you're blue
Where do you go when you're lonely
I'll follow you

Where do you go when you're lonely
Where do you go when you're blue
Where do you go when you're lonely
I'll follow you, follow you, follow you, yeah yeah
When the stars go blue

Where do you go when you're lonely
Where do you go when the stars go blue

Lovely song, lovely show.

So I've been thinking,
If you're afraid of living, does that mean you're afraid of dying too?
But what if you're not afraid of dying, does that mean you're living to the fullest, that you're not afraid of life?
How does fear feel anyway? Can it be defined?
Obviously, fear can be repressed. But does it still exist then? Or is it just hidden?
Are there even answers to these questions?
I bet if there are, you have to find them out yourself. And it doesn't work if others tell you what they think, although it might be enlightening.
Doubtless, there are no model answers. Because, what's life without death?
Why do people search for immortality? If they are afraid of dying, they won't ever live since immortality would mean they want another chance to do things again. But what's the point of redoing something you've done wrong? It's already set in history, and correcting the mistake doesn't erase it. Mistakes are part of who we are. If you knew you were immortal, wouldn't that give you free reign to make mistakes and not correct them, since there's always 'later' to do things? That would defeat the purpose of eternal life anyway -- a vicious cycle.

I guess what i'm trying to say is, life is complicated but that shouldn't stop anyone from trying anyway. Maybe that's not what i was trying to say, but this works too. Carpe Diem is such a cliché overused phrase. But perhaps, people repeat themselves simply because it is worth the monotony and reiiteration. Given the benefit of the doubt -- everyone should try that sometime.

There's never a right time to start. There's always now, just like there will always be later. probably, hopefully.

Indecision

After careful consideration, i have decided my first car will probaby be a mini cooper xD modified coz i want racing seats! haha :) AND and! I just want a mercedes coupé in the far far far future! SLR McLaren is how pretty :( and so is the SL-Class. rahhh i need $$$ :X or maybe just buy in msia and get a garage there and drive in and out... lol :/ alternatively, if i decide to go for the coupé, i'd get a Mazda RX8 first coz it's uber pretty in dark greyy :( but that means, i have sorta decided to get into RSAF...otherwise cannot buy car for many many many years. eeeee. rah get my A levels done then i'll consider carefully... because i have no NS to think of and won't get pulled into divers/commandos. phew. this has been a singlishypost and i will fail SAT I if i write like this for it. haha!

Boundaries don't keep other people out, they fence you in. Probably because other people don't know your boundaries, or they don't care anyway.

You Are 35% Open

You are open at times, but generally you don't let many people into your inner world.
It's possible that you have a friend or two that knows you well.
But to most people, you are a total mystery.

when darkness turns to light, it ends tonight

It Ends Tonight

Your subtleties
They strangle me
I can’t explain myself at all.
And all the wants
And all the needs
All I don’t want to need at all.

The walls start breathing
My minds unweaving
Maybe it’s best you leave me alone.
A weight is lifted
On this evening
I give the final blow.

When darkness turns to light,
It ends tonight, It ends tonight.

A falling star
Least I fall alone.
I can’t explain what you can’t explain.
You're finding things that you didn’t know
I look at you with such distain

The walls start breathing
My minds unweaving
Maybe it’s best you leave me alone.
A weight is lifted
On this evening
I give the final blow.

[Chorus]
When darkness turns to light
It ends tonight, It ends tonight.
Just a little insight won't make this right
It’s too late to fight
It ends tonight, It ends tonight.

Now I’m on my own side
It’s better than being on your side
It’s my fault when you're blind
It’s better that I see it through your eyes

All these thoughts locked inside
Now you’re the first to know

When darkness turns to light
It ends tonight, It ends tonight.
Just a little insight won't make this right
It’s too late to fight
It ends tonight,
It ends when darkness turns to light
It ends tonight, It ends tonight.
Just a little insight won't make this right
It’s too late to fight
It ends tonight, It ends tonight.
Tonight, Insight
When darkness turns to light,
It ends tonight.

Well, it's the afternoon and not night. And this is just the end of the beginning. How cliché I sound, but how true it is. I've been swearing inside too much, may just blurt out the f word one day but i hate the word. Unless it's in a song. Is hate too strong to use? What about loathe?

Been watching Full House :) It's super amusing, except the last few episodes...which have sad, crying parts, but that just adds to the whole drama. Life's not always a bed of roses and what i like about this series is it's humour, and the way they portray such a clichéd story so realistically. If i had to use one word to describe it, the word would be "earthy"... with all the implications of the word i guess.

<3
Mercedes Benz CLS Class
The car Rain drives in the show is pretty :x Mercedes Benz CLS/K-Class with the even prettier price tag of $300k. If this is my dream car, i wonder when it will become reality :P

Mini Cooper S
As with many people, i discovered the appeal of mini coopers via one of those cool thief movies that aren't as memorable as the car chase scene :) Small but it packs a punch! So what if i can't go 0 -100 kmph in 5.5s like the ugly Subaru Impreza WRX STi? It's pretty and cute and does the same in 7.1s. I'm not looking for a race car anywayy.

BMW M Series
Maximum flash, power and sleek design in one car. Lovely. I have decided coupés are the best. Out of this series, i guess the Z4 M Coupé or Roadster ftw xP

Lexus RX Series
My favourite SUV used to be the Toyota Rav4 coz i saw one that looked so pretty and golden and sleek, like a feline :) but the Lexus SUV has nicer lines. Don't like the Nissan Murano, i nicknamed it the turtle car :\ it reminds me of a ninja turtle. lol.

Hummer
Ford Truck

These two i've liked since super super long ago :)

haha cars are pretty, fun, fast and i love them.

But that was such a high, i don't know why anybody does drugs.

Flight's like that. and i want it to stay that way. irregardless of who i end up flying with.
Life's never fair, nor predictable.
It's all about you as an individual, it's all about positivity.
Going on about it the best way you can makes everything seem whole.
Have to step up my game and,
This time, i want to make it right for real.

you can't fight the tears that ain't coming

zomg i just looked at the list of things i was supposed to do over this hols and realised i've only done 2 of them :S so much for not procrastinating!

flight sucked bad. so bad. i don't even want to think about it. whoever said three is a good number must be joking.

24 days left.

some days you have less than a thousand words to use up

added the vball girls to msn, which is super lag but oh well, i kept forgetting that i'd lost the vball contact list with my harddrive and was lazy... essentially, piggish. dad's bday, had thai express, ordered too much, wasted food... but it was quite good. dinner was better :) shopped at bugis junction and found the sandals i wanted, but decided i didn't want them anymore -.- walking is tiring but fun. don't feel like talking. shall go watch full house dvds then. rain (the actor) and the female lead always make me laugh xD amusing interactions. it's ironic then that rainy weather makes me glum, especially when i am supposed to fly then. well, still amusing interactions (pilots and the rain) hahaa.

i miss pool. two consecutive days playing it makes you itch when withdrawal symptoms set in on the third day when you don't get your hands on a cue

signed up for SAT last night, supposedly the deadline! almost got killed off by the l33t online forms... totally pwned. and when i clicked on the "submit payment" button, suddenly, i felt this weight press down on me. oh pressure, how i missed your presence in my life. well, it's half the holidays gone, and not much accomplished w.r.t. academics! so... time waits for no man, and apparently, no woman -.- time to move my lazy fatS and get to work :x

i love work. i love school. i loveeee mugging. yay. pyscho-ing yourself always gets the job done... thus sitting here thinking about it will accomplish whatever i want to complete >< woohoo.

not such good weather but a pretty day

It's been great the past few days since the last blogpost :) I'm over it. like wdv :)

Wondering whether to return to china square and get that adidas liverpool jersey for $38 (without name/number)! It's like how cheap and it's real i think...

OG outing yesterday! as well as hellish training, which occurred before outing and resulted in a killed right knee, dead right pointer finger, knuckles, muscles, wdv. i shan't even think about it. just thinking about it makes my knee ache :( but it was nice coz i think doing scary and death-defying stuff brings people closer together.

OG outing was a much better and funner experience! haha ^^ some guys get really different when they are lanning. like uber concentration x 1000000%. but i can't believe i stared at a comp screen for TWO HOURS straight after playing pool for 1+ hours. got a headache after that, but i guess the experience was kinda worth it. Played counterstrike :) terrorists owned thx to my teammate! haha 2 v 2 = 1+noob v 2. then played battlefield2. like wth -.- i can't drive the lousy tank ><>>>> sticky chewy chocolate pls! :) they wanted me to eat carl's jr the burger so that i would get phat :P but i refused to! yayyy~ hahaa

went out with clar and ame today :D happiness~ like how long nv go out and talk to them! we talked alot. sat at café cartel after pool and shared mudpie, wedges and beef lasagne (them), then we chatted! talking is great :) catching up is great x) but i wish i didn't have to catch up, that would mean we keep in touch often! sighh. everyone's not having such a good time in jc as in rg i guess. :( somehow that should console me, because that would mean i'm not alone...but it doesn't. life's not all daisies and sunlight i know but somehow, doesn't everyone wich it would be? trials and tribulations (this sounds like some chinese drama subtitle, think Journey to the West) make us stronger? hahaa. taught ame pool :) pwned them both. yayy after the loss yesterday that made me happier. i'm regaining my skills! but specs got problem -.- kept sliding down... and the lady running the pool place remembered me oO she recognises me now. she asked about the people i was there with yesterday. hahaha oO quite amusing :) i'm memorable! xD they ate ben and jerry's at cathay before we pooled. this is quite illogical wrt chronological order -_- sighh. 1. ben and jerry at the grand cathay. 2. pool at paradiz. 3. cafe cartel at ps. yayy :) more orderly. and the best thing about today was that it felt right to be out with them, not like sometimes when you havent seen people for uber long, it feels weird when you try to start conversations ^^ but it just felt like we took a break and got back again :) i don't know how to describe it. but it makes me happy :) warm fuzzy feelings, fluffy white clouds, blue skies and all that. hahaa :) i dunno what other smiley to put but :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :P hee.

f before v

emo.
yay.
elmo.
yayy.
i can't go on.
yayyyyyyy.
sigh.

i've got my priorities straight. and letting myself down is the last thing i want to do.
but why do i feel bad about being selfish?
F comes before V
but i don't dare to say it.
maybe i should really let go.
but then it feels like i'm quitting halfway.
not a quitter.
i want to be a stayer.
so.
just kill me :)

i don't know why i'm blogging because i don't really feel like blogging.

Groundschool today was amusing as usual. but got super stoned in the end. turned on the music but realised i hadn't updated thumb so all the old songs that aren't really my current playlist. Went IKEA Tampines, the new one, for fun? to squeeze with the crowds i guess. an amusing experience - going to ikea but coming home with not furniture or home decor, rather got swedish food! wanted to get the meatballs but they expire too fast :( oh and it was a funny random coincidence that i met zijian there with his friends, we were in the entrance queue, refer to below diagram:

-----------------------------------------
his line -->
-----------------------------------------
<-- mine

It was some kind of snakelike queue la so whenever we passed one row we'd see each other again, very amusing. i want to fly :( but not scheduled for tuesday. ah well. maybe the aunties will have fun scheduling another YS day... coz at the club, i'm tang ys and now there are 4 other people with ys in their name, i.e. ang ys, wee ys, sim ys, etc etc. hahaha so one day they scheduled all of us to fly and the board was filled with ys people! ^^"

analysing lyrics is fun :P
