check-in

i checked into hall today! the room's not bad.. no direct sunlight, but there's wind! i'd like to complain about how ancient the wardrobe and furniture are though! all the formica was peeling.. and it was super dusty. i can't believe i spent four odd hours cleaning the stupid room.. and it's like such small floor area! i probably started cleaning at 2, and stopped at like 6pm, which is the time IT coop closes.. so i couldn't go and see the laptops -.-"

my hands feel gross after cleaning! =( i've never cleaned for so long in my life.. actually i've never cleaned an entire room by myself in my whole life. talk about pampered =P

the good thing is that after cleaning, the room smelt nicer =D the bad thing is that i had to spray insecticide after i finished.. so it'll probably smell like baygon the next time i go in, instead of the lavender floor cleaning liquid smell. hmm but at least there's space to move around in the room! after i cleaned it, i kinda decided it's not bad and that i like it!

the hall might be old, but there's a certain quaintness about it. AND there's a pool table =) and a piano! so that makes up for alot. hahaha =D moving in on monday! kinda excited, and apprehensive at the same time!
