The end of 2 days of staying back late in school for sports talks, even though they were interesting and quite informative. Went for dinner with some of the vball girls :) quite fun. Grilled fish spaghetti is nice.

2000 calorie diet

Breakfast
2 bananas
1/2 cup cereal

Lunch
Sandwiches (lean meat, low fat cheese)

Dinner
2 cups of spaghetti, 1/3 cup of low fat moz., 1 serving of fish/chicken
1/2 cup milk

and i can't remember. lol. how fun. i did the dinner portion :D

Killed my shin today. what a smart way of injuring myself, by climbing up the stadium stairs, suddenly losing balance like a big hanzhi (sweet potato, or sth, apparently in dialect means clumsy fellow), and scraping my shin. The weirdest thing was it was a super lag bleeding, before that could only see white, which was scarier than blood. Apparently, it should be fat/skin/some tissue...then the small pinpricks grew bigger and it started bleeding. now it won't stop, possibly the steps are sharp and some part of the wound is deep. ironic how i wanted it to bleed, and now it won't stop. I would post a gross pic x) but my cam refuses to work...

now it's trickling blood, and bruised, and like swollen bump - imagine a bigger baluku on your leg... lol. flight tmr! yay. hopefully can dco.
